Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Speaker Shri Ishwardas Rohani has called upon the youths of new generation to study deeply the Indian parliamentary system and become protectors of democracy. Shri Rohani was addressing the students of Rehli Vidhan Sabha constituency during their parliamentary study tour on behalf of Government College here today. On this occasion, Panchayat and Rural Development, Social Justice Minister and MLA of the segment Shri Gopal Bhargava was also present. When Vidhan Sabha speaker asked the students as to why Shri Gopal Bhargava is being elected for 25 years from his area, the students in one tune replied that Shri Gopal Bhargava is emotionally attached with each and every family members in the area. He is always ready when it comes to the crunch. He doesn't behave as minister. He is simply a representative of people, the students replied.
Replying to the inquisitive questions of the students, Vidhan Sabha Speaker Shri Rohani said that it is very challenge indeed to maintain democracy in better manner. The youths will have to play an important role in this regard. He called upon the students to preserve and maintain Indian parliamentary system by studying it deeply.
The students told the Speaker that the people of the area call Bhaiyaji (local MLA Shri Gopal Bhargava) whenever they are in trouble. They prayed to the god that MLA like Shri Gopal Bhargava should remain always in their Vidhan Sabha constituency. The students said that Shri Gopal Bhargava has been serving as minister for seven years but he is simply a public representative amongst us. His dedication and commitment inspire us. It may be mentioned here that Shri Gopal Bhargava is public representative from Rehli Vidhan Sabha constituency since 1985.
